Refund policy

General Information

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us and notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will provide our return address, and you have a following 14 days to return the goods. Unfortunately, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any orders that fall outside of these windows. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

Returns should be adequately packed. We cannot be held responsible for any damage the item may occur due to insufficient packaging, and we are also not liable for any damage to the item from tears, abrasions or general misuse when in your hands. In these cases, we will not be able to issue a refund. 

Please post the item to the specified return address. We recommend to use a trackable service with appropriate compensation, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return or be held responsible for any losses/damages in transit. We also recommend to obtain proof of postage. Please be advised that you will responsible for the cost of the return postage. 

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If your return is accepted, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your return, however we endeavour to perform this as soon as possible. We are unable to guarantee the date the refund will credit your bank account as it will depend on your bank or credit card issuer and this is out of our control.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges. If a shipment is refused or if the customer fails to pay the required import charges, the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any carrier or customs fees incurred will not be refunded.

GarmGems reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item is damaged, used, or received in a condition different from how it was sold.

GarmGems is not liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when receiving or returning goods. Any returned parcel that incurs customs charges may be refused at our discretion.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. If the cancellation is requested before your order is dispatched, we will issue a full refund upon your instruction. If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it has dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to process this. If this is the case you can return your order using the returns information above.
